The Maison Parli was founded in 1874. It is now a reference in top-of-the-range sweets, not only for Calisson d’Aix sweets, but also for candied fruit, nougat, pralines, biscotins and chocolates.

The secret of Calissons Léonard Parli’s unrivalled flavor and melt-in-the-mouth goodness lies in its craftsmanship and top-quality ingredients.

This Aix-based company adds to the flavor of its products the elegance of its traditional boutique, a true “Bonbonnière” par excellence. It has been part of the town’s architectural heritage for over a century.
To honor both his native Switzerland and Provence, Léonard Parli, in his quest for modernity at the end of the 19th century, decided that the building should “seduce by its lines and astonish by its originality”.
The pediment of the building features the text “La Grande Fabrique de Calissons” carved into the stone, and an escutcheon bearing the Swiss Cross, bordered by two branches, an oak and an olive tree, representing the canton of Grisons and Provence.

Confiserie Léonard Parli’s historic boutique is located at 35 avenue Victor Hugo. It’s located in the city center, a stone’s throw from the Rotonde and Cours Mirabeau.
