Maison Parli is a benchmark in high-end confectionery, not only for Calisson d’Aix, but also for its candied fruit, nougat, pralines, biscotins and chocolates.

The secret of Calissons’ unrivalled flavor and melt-in-the-mouth goodness lies in artisanal know-how and top-quality ingredients.

Since 1874, expertise and excellence have been handed down from generation to generation, and these have been the guarantors of the secret of production, with respect for tradition.

Today, Léonard Parli products can be found in four other shops in Aix-en-Provence.
– Aix city centre: 35 Avenue Victor Hugo
– La Grande Fabrique: Pôle d’Activité des Milles
– Aix – Cathedral: 15 Rue Gaston de Saporta
– Aix – Espariat: 18 Rue Espariat

Tours and tastings are available at the Pôle d’Activité des Milles from Monday to Thursday, upon reservation.
Take a guided tour of the production facilities. A visit to the Nouvelle Grande Fabrique Léonard Parli means meeting the men and women who perpetuate traditional Parli know-how. Through their precise gestures and traditional machines, you’ll be able to observe and understand the pride they share in helping to maintain Aix’s gastronomic heritage.

Maison Parli has been awarded the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) label.
