Domaine de Fontenille
An exceptional vineyard.
The Domaine de Fontenille is located in the heart of Provence on the southern slopes of the Luberon. The culture of the vine Fontenille began in the early seventeenth century. Its restructuring began in 2013 and aims to restore the area to its original size is 35 hectares of one culture into vineyards around the estate. The vines draw their strength from clay and limestone soils and stony. Slightly steep slopes provide a perfect sunshine and a better water drainage. The Mistral de Provence naturally cleanses the grape. The vineyard consists of Fontenille varietal characteristics of the PDO Luberon.
Different types of wine are staged through the majestic treatment of interior spaces. The tasting shop opens on the vineyards and cedar Fontenille. Training in tasting and oenology are proposed.
