The Chef revisits traditional cuisine with creativity, proposing daring combinations and surprising menus. This cuisine, inspired by the great gastronomies, is distinguished by its accessibility, inviting all gourmets to indulge.
On the à la carte menu, the chef’s idea is to introduce his customers to new flavors and surprise them. Indeed, Chef Christophe Pulizzi creatively revisits the region’s culinary traditions, proposing an “Experience” menu.
