L’Art des Mets is a refined art, the art of cooking all the flavors of Provencal nature and sharing them with others! Peggy and Romain share this passion and delight in arousing the senses, surprising and delighting the taste buds.
This “floral restaurant” is a creative workshop where flowers and wild plants from the Luberon inspire the chef’s seasonings. The daily pickings constantly renew the tastes and colors of the dishes.
For the rest, the products of local producers are his main sources. Vegetables, fruit, truffles, meat, fish, bread and goat’s cheese.
Everything here is local, original and a touch wild.
