Discover an authentic family-run winery and learn about the winemaking craft during a guided tour of the vineyard, followed by a tasting of their wines.

A Walk Through the Heart of the Family Estate:

A family-owned estate for five generations, Le Novi is managed by Romain Dol, who cultivates about 20 hectares using organic farming methods in La Tour d’Aigues.

The tour of the vineyard will begin with a guided walk through the heart of the vineyards, nestled between the Luberon and Montagne Sainte-Victoire. This interactive session will introduce Romain Dol’s philosophy as a winemaker, his roots in this unspoiled region, and how viticultural practices shape the landscape.

To round out this delightful experience, each participant is invited to taste a selection of wines from Domaine Le Novi!
