Workshop Outline:

1/ Introduction & Wine Tasting: Following a presentation of the estate, enjoy a guided wine tasting to discover all of their unique characteristics.

2/ Artisanal Chocolate Tasting: Sample handcrafted chocolates created by Elizabeth from the Amande Olive et Chocolat chocolate shop in La Tour-d’Aigues, while exploring their origins, flavors, and intensities.

3/ Food & Wine Pairing Intro: Discover the refined art of pairing with 3 carefully selected wine and chocolate combinations.

4/ Surprise Finale: A surprise tasting will close out the experience.
