“Leaving the Paris region to become a winegrower in the heart of the Luberon! It’s a life-affirming project that turns everyday life upside down… Reconnecting with the land and nature, preserving and restoring ecosystems, supporting responsible production – this is the challenge William Monin set himself when he settled at Château Saint-Pons in 2018.
Sustainable, rigorous management that listens to nature now produces wines with the colors of the terroir, in perfect harmony with the typicity of the soils and the environment.
“Exigence, Respect, Passion”, is the credo that guides him in his approach and makes this estate a place of tasty moments to share: picnics in the vineyards, tastings, initiation, visits…”

The estate offers beautiful views over the valley and surrounding villages. All year round, come and discover the winemaker’s craft, taste our wines and enjoy the calm environment of our estate during a stroll through the vines.

Awaken your senses and sense of smell – 45 minutes 9€ / person – Reservation required.

Picnic in the heart of the vineyard with fresh local produce and estate wines – 25€/person.

With a brochure provided on site, set off on a walking tour of the vineyards and grape varieties – 35 minutes.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll be enchanted! Breathtaking views and incredible colors.
For a stay at the foot of the vines, a 4-person gîte is available for rent.

Openings

From 01/01 to 31/12/2026 from Monday to Saturday between 10 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 6 pm. Closed on Sunday.
