SCOPE OF THIS PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

This Policy sets out the principles and guidelines governing the protection of your Personal Data, including Personal Data collected on or through the Website. Sud Luberon Tourisme Tourist Office may collect Personal Data online, including by email, or offline. This Policy applies regardless of how such data is collected or processed.

In accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR, these service providers are bound by strict confidentiality obligations. We treat your Personal Data as confidential. We endeavour to implement reasonable technical measures to prevent the loss or misuse of data during its collection or storage and to prevent its disclosure to unauthorised third parties.

By agreeing to receive this type of newsletter, you authorise the Tourist Office’s partners to send you personalised emails, including commercial offers. You may unsubscribe at any time. However, your data will be retained for a maximum period of three years.

Contact form

The data is submitted by website users who wish to send a comment or report an issue. The information collected through this form is forwarded to the department responsible for handling comments relating to the Sud Luberon Tourisme website. Your data will be retained only for the time required to process your request.

YOUR RIGHTS

In accordance with the applicable personal data protection regulations, you have, in particular, the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, as well as the right to obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you in a structured electronic format, known as the right to data portability.

DATA RETENTION

We retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary and proportionate to the purpose for which it was collected, for a maximum period of three years from your most recent interaction with us initiated by you.

Once these retention periods have expired, your data will be deleted.
